Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to introduce several rules to protect our patients and colleagues. When visiting us, please follow the instructions summarized in the following bullet points:
- It is very important that you arrive a few minutes before your appointment. Because, in addition to the paperwork required for the dental treatment, a COVID-19 questionnaire must be completed. Since we have to pay attention to the number of people in the waiting room, please be kind enough to avoid arriving too early, but more importantly, don’t be late!
- If possible, please arrive alone. Of course, this does not apply to kids, or those in need of support, for instance elderly patients.
- Stop at the reception upon arrival. When entering our dental office, hand disinfection and temperature measurement are MANDATORY, and the COVID-19 questionnaire must be completed.
- As we ventilate our dental office regularly, the waiting room and the dental treatment room can feel colder than usual. We recommend that you wear more layers of clothes in case the weather justifies it.
