In September 2019, I visited Dr. Tamás Ruszin at Saint Lucas SPA Dental, recommended by my son. During the first consultation, my dental health was examined and the results were worse than I expected. I was aware of the condition of my upper jaw and I knew I needed dental implants.
The bad surprise for me was the condition of my lower jaw. It turned out I have to get my teeth fixed. During the consultation, I received enough information about the possible solutions. So, I saw a light at the end of the tunnel. Few days after the consultation, I received a written treatment plan with 3 possible solutions. The treatment plan had information about the advantages, disadvantages and prices of each treatment option.
The calmness, positive attitude, confidence and professionalism of Dr. Ruszin convinced me to start the dental treatment I had been postponing for years.
I am aware that the treatment takes about a year, but I am happy I’ve finally managed to make the decision.
The atmosphere and equipment of the clinic, the cosy and clean environment, the pleasant relaxing music in the waiting room, and the kind receptionist made a good impression on me.
As a previous healthcare worker, I checked the hygienic condition of the technical equipment, and I was satisfied with what I saw.
I am over a couple of treatments and surgeries. During the same intervention, teeth were extracted and the implants were placed into my lower jaw. I can admit now I was terribly scared, but Dr. Ruszin’s calmness relaxed me and I ‘survived’ the surgery in a good mood. The intervention went perfectly and on day 4 I received the temporary bridge. I am completely satisfied with the work of Dr. Ruszin and the helpful assistance and kindness of his professional colleagues. After my treatment, I do recommend this professional team to anyone who needs dental intervention and wants to be satisfied with the result.
